Currently, Reality Homes is seeking talented, energetic and enthusiastic staff to fill the following positions:

o Real Estate Broker

Work with a commercial real estate firm, overseeing real estate transactions and client servicing. Duties include networking, obtaining property listings, selling and renting properties and arranging loans.
Knowledge Requirements

o Customer Service- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
o Sales and Marketing- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling properties. This includes presentations, sales techniques customer account management and after sales service.
o Legal Issues - Knowledge of legal codes, guidelines and government regulations governing the promotion, negotiation and transacting in real estate.
o Property Market- Knowledge of local property market and factors influencing the supply, demand and pricing of properties, including local issues.
o Administration- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, database management, file and record management and completion of all necessary documentation and approvals.
o Real Estate- Awareness of property attributes, market considerations and issues impacting real estate transactions including taxes, and legal issues.

Skill Requirements

o Active Listener- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking appropriate questions and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
o Time Management- Managing one`s own time and other`s time efficiently.
o Negotiation - Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences.

o Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
o Critical Thinking- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
o Coordination- Adjusting actions in relation to others` actions.
o Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people.
o Social Perceptiveness - Being aware of others` reactions and understanding why they react as they do.


Responsibilities

-Generate lists of properties for sale, their locations and descriptions and available financing options. -Obtain authority from property owners to place properties for sale.
-Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold, in order to determine its competitive market price.
-Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner.
-Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details and during the closing of sales.
-Maintain knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages, financing options and government programs.
-Check work completed by loan officers, attorneys and other professionals to ensure that it is performed properly.
-Appraise property values, assessing income potential when relevant.
-Maintain awareness of current income tax regulations, local zoning, building and tax laws and growth possibilities of the area where a property is located.
-Supervise agents who handle real estate transactions.
-Rent properties or manage rental properties.
